Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to support our high-volume pre-owned vehicle operation. This is a flat-rate production role focused on preparing used vehicles for sale in a high-volume dealership environment. If you are a technician who wants steady work, strong flag hours, and a consistent workflow , this is a strong opportunity. What You Will Do Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned Mercedes Benz vehicles Perform mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs Complete required recon work efficiently and accurately Identify needed repairs and document findings Prepare vehicles for front-line retail readiness What You Will Receive $66,000

Requirements:
1 year of automotive experience. ASE certifications are ideal. Strong automotive background Strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check. Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
