Job Description
We're looking for an experienced automotive painter who can also handle small body repairs and help guide some of the younger guys in the shop. Someone who knows how to move with purpose, keep quality tight, and isn't afraid to step in and teach when needed. What we need Strong painter who's confident with waterborne systems (Envirobase is a plus).
Can knock out light bodywork:
small dents, scratches, minor panel repairs, prep. Knows how to keep the booth moving and maintain clean workflow. Good communicator who can show the younger techs the right way to do things. Someone who leads by example — steady pace, clean work, no drama. Comfortable working on fleet vehicles (vans, trucks, commercial units). Who fits this role A painter who's been around the block and can work independently. Someone patient enough to teach but still focused on production. Takes pride in their work and keeps standards high. Reliable, consistent, and able to follow shop processes. Please call us directly if you are interested!Address :
