We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience. What You'll Do as a Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service department. You'll help build trust, communicate repair needs clearly, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish. Daily Responsibilities Welcome customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and technician recommendations Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates Communicate service timelines, costs, and repair updates throughout the process Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Review completed work with customers and explain services performed Process payments, warranty claims, and service documentation Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using dealership management and service software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bonus Qualifications Experience in a dealership service environment Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow service sales Knowledge of Chevrolet or GM products is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction Why Join Us?
