Guaranteed 3-Day Weekend Every Week No CSI Mandates Independent Shop You are on a weak base, working five days a week, with your commission gated behind a CSI score you cannot fully control. You are producing. The structure you are in is not built for you to win. If that is your situation, this is worth reading. We offer what most shops never will: a guaranteed 4×10 schedule. Four days on. Three days off. Every week. That is the way this operation runs, not a trial, not a benefit subject to change. The best advisors in this market have lives outside the shop. We built the schedule around that. Kitsap Auto Outlet has been independently owned and operated for 18 years. We retail 100+ vehicles a month. Our service department is currently running 6 technicians on 7 lifts with a recon pipeline that keeps the bays productive every single day. The volume is here. The infrastructure is here. We are looking for a Service Advisor who knows how to turn a DVI into approved work and a customer into a repeat customer. A two-year physical expansion takes this department to 10-11 technicians. The advisor who builds their book here now will be writing more tickets, closing more work, and earning more than any advisor role on the Kitsap Peninsula by the time that buildout is complete. What You Will Earn We do not believe in capping earning potential. Base pay is set by experience and ranges from $26•32 per hour, guaranteed every paycheck. Commission is 5% of total RO gross profit on every retail ticket you write. The more you produce, the more you earn. There is no ceiling.

Ceiling There is none The Shop Currently running 6 technicians across 7 lifts with retail and internal ROs moving simultaneously. AutoVitals is in place, every vehicle gets a digital inspection, every time, without exception. The technician takes the photos. The findings are in the system before you present them. The infrastructure to drive serious ticket value is already built. What we need is an advisor who knows how to use it. The shop does not slow down between recon cycles and customer vehicles. Production is consistent, which means your commission opportunity is consistent with it. What You Own You own the customer relationship from write-up to vehicle delivery. Every approval, every update, every call, every handoff, that is yours. You are accountable for ticket quality, approval rate, and the customer experience on every RO that goes through this drive. Own the write-up from the first minute of check-in, accurate, complete, no shortcuts Present DVI findings to every customer on every ticket, no exceptions, no skipping Turn inspection results into approved work through clear, confident communication Own every customer touchpoint from drop-off through delivery, every update, every call, every time Know your numbers: hours per RO, approval rate, effective labor rate, average ticket value Follow up on deferred work, that pipeline is part of your production, not an afterthought Partner with the Service Manager to hit monthly targets and surface problems before they compound AutoVitals is already in use. The inspection is done before you present it. Your job is to present it clearly, answer questions, and get approved, every time. Who We Are Looking For We look for five things: Attitude. Effort. Service advisor experience, franchise or independent, both respected here You know your hours per RO and your approval rate without looking them up You build customer trust fast and hold it through difficult repair conversations You present DVI findings as a standard part of every ticket, not when you feel like it You communicate directly, with customers and with your team, no vagueness, no avoidance You follow up on deferred work without being told to You can look at a slow month and tell us exactly what happened and what you would change You can show us your production numbers from your last role, and you are proud of them Must be 18 or older This is not a training role. We are not developing anyone into this position. If you are not already writing tickets, presenting inspections, and owning the customer relationship at a high level, this is not the right fit and we will both know it quickly.
