The requirements to be considered for a tractor/trailer technician position you should be able to perform and have the following skill sets: Perform emergency onsite repair for tractors and trailers Perform routine vehicle maintenance Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components Perform quality inspections Knowledge of equipment Own enough tools to perform the job Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must clean and maintain a service truck with company image in mind
