We opened our first shop where we currently reside in mid 2026 and are in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for someone to be the first voice customers hear and one of the main drivers of our revenue growth. We adapt to the changes the business takes us on. This is not a "sit and wait for the phone to ring" sales role. We need a proactive, detail-oriented go-getter who loves talking to people, closing sales, keeping systems organized, following outlined procedures, and solving problems independently.

This Role:
Answer calls, texts, and online leads quickly. Convert leads into booked, paid appointments. Follow up with customers who have not booked yet. Explain detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, tint, wrap, and RV services. Recommend upgrades that genuinely fit the customer's needs. Ask for the booking with confidence. Manage the calendar and keep the schedule optimized. Collect accurate customer info, notes, quotes, and payments. Handle customer check-ins and check-outs.
