An Individual Who Has automotive experience and knowledge, can multitask —but most importantly, we're seeking someone who thrives in a customer service -driven environment and wants to grow with us long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both customers and technicians , building strong relationships and making a meaningful impact every day. As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our business and the vital bridge between our customers and our technicians.
What You'll Do:
Customer Champion:
Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting customers warmly and creating an efficient, welcoming experience.
Clear Communicator:
Translate complex vehicle diagnostics into clear, easy-to-understand solutions and estimates for customers.
Team Coordinator:
Partner closely with technicians to schedule workflows, track repair progress, and ensure timely service delivery.
Relationship Builder:
Develop long-term trust with clients by providing honest recommendations and maintaining open lines of communication.
Workflow Manager:
Manage service paperwork, repair orders, and digital vehicle inspections accurately.

Proven automotive industry experience and strong mechanical knowledge.
