Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacements, oil changes, fluid top-offs, and minor mechanical repairs. Your expertise will ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently, providing customers with a smooth driving experience. Duties Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements using standard hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements, battery checks, and minor mechanical repairs Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate service solutions Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Dealership or automotive service center experience is highly preferred Prior mechanic experience with knowledge of standard passenger car operation is advantageous Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures required Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques necessary Understanding of tire service procedures including mounting, balancing, and rotation preferred Service technician experience in automotive repair or maintenance roles is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role
