$22-$38 flat rate +
Schedule:
We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Department Hours:
7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. + Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards
+ Efficiently identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
+ Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly
+ Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
+ Stay current on manufacturer training and emerging automotive technologies
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What You'll Bring + 5+ years of automotive repair experience
+ Strong diagnostic and repair skills
+ Ability to perform engine, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairs
+ We prefer ASE certifications or Subaru specific training if no ASEs are complete.
+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $22-$38 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
