We're expanding our service team and looking for experienced CJDR Automotive Technicians who take pride in quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you're certified through Stellantis, we'll pay top dollar for the right candidate. What We Offer Top flat-rate pay for Stellantis Certified Technicians Signing bonus available for highly qualified candidates Busy shop with consistent work year-round Modern equipment and the latest diagnostic technology Paid factory training and continuing education Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Opportunities for advancement within a growing dealer group What You'll Do Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs to factory standards Complete engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspension, HVAC, and diesel repairs Utilize wiTECH and factory diagnostic equipment Perform quality inspections and road tests Maintain accurate repair documentation Work efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship Qualifications Previous dealership technician experience preferred Current Stellantis certifications strongly preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and team-first mindset We Want to
