If You Can Turn Hours, We Have the Work Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a high-volume, well-organized shop. This is a flat-rate role where your income is driven by your production—and where the work is there to support it.

What You Can Expect Annual Earnings:

$66,000•$159,000 (based on production)

Flat-Rate Pay:

Clean, organized, and fully equipped

Toyota Training:

Certifications, hybrid & EV training available What This Means for You Entry-level or slower producers typically fall toward the lower end Experienced, productive technicians earn significantly more The shop has the volume to keep you turning hours What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently Handle maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, and hybrid systems Maintain productivity while delivering quality work What We're Looking For Proven technician experience (required) Ability to flag hours consistently Strong diagnostic and repair skills Team player with a solid work ethic Toyota experience is a plus—but not required

Requirements:

1 year of automotive experience. ASE certifications are ideal. Strong automotive background Strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check. Must have a clean & valid driver's license. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
