Who This Role Is For You're a fit if you: Have solid experience in automotive repair (3-6+ years) Can handle most mechanical work independently Take pride in doing inspections the right way — every time Stay on jobs and see them through start to finish Want to improve your diagnostic ability over time Are coachable and open to feedback Believe in team success over individual ego If you're tired of getting bounced around, working in chaos, or being in a shop with no real structure — you'll notice the difference here immediately. What You'll Be Doing Performing repairs and maintenance across all major systems Completing thorough digital inspections on every vehicle Following a structured workflow and shop process Owning jobs from start to finish and keeping bays moving efficiently Working in a clean, organized state-of-the-art facility Supporting higher-level diagnostics by maintaining strong production flow Participating in weekly paid training and ongoing development You will play a key role in keeping the shop running efficiently and allowing the entire team to perform at a high level.
