Some Automotive Vehicle Experience Very Helpful! We are hiring individuals to join our fast paced Express Maintenance team! Our work environment is very responsive to new ideas and feedback from employees. It is essential to us to have a collaborative environment that allows individual growth. Our goal is to train our team members to then promote from within. We give raises based on performance as our employees grow within the role. Training will be provided for this role. Job Responsibilities A Lube Technician will perform light vehicle maintenance. The Lube Technician will work in teams to perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery swaps, and filter replacements. Small repairs will be assigned to a Lube Technician depending on experience. Training will be provided for every Lube Technician. Tools and uniforms will be provided. Job Qualifications No tools required, just a great attitude and work ethic, and a willingness to learn if you don't already have experience. All candidates must have a valid Wisconsin Driver License with a good driving record. No experience needed for this role.
