Responsibilities include:

Greet Guests in a friendly and welcoming manner as soon as they arrive. Perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle. Accurately obtain and relay all pertinent information from the Guest to the Technical repair team. Prepare accurate repair estimates ensuring that all Guest concerns are addressed. Monitor vehicle throughout the repair process and provide status updates to the Guest regularly. Ensure complete Guest satisfaction and understanding of repairs performed. Communicate effectively with technicians, parts staff, and management to ensure a smooth service experience. Build lasting relationships with Guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
