What You'll Do:

You'll be the friendly face customers trust—the primary point of contact between customers and our shop. Your job is to sell needed services and repairs profitably, to the customer's satisfaction. Schedule appointments, explain repairs clearly, present recommendations, and keep our shop workflow organized. No chaos, no weekend work—just quality customer service in a supportive environment. Day-to-day, you'll: Handle customer calls, texts, and emails to schedule appointments Greet customers, document their concerns, and create repair orders Use a consultative approach to present repair recommendations and pricing Coordinate with technicians on job status and keep vehicles moving through the shop Review completed work, collect payment, and ensure customers leave happy Follow up after service and schedule future appointments

What We're Looking For:

You're the right fit if you genuinely like people , communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), and stay organized under pressure . You're comfortable with technology, quick to learn shop software and digital inspection tools, and you understand enough about vehicles to bridge the gap between customers and technicians.
