The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair, with experience in both dealership and independent shop environments. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of work on a variety of vehicles, including those with diesel engines and complex powertrain systems. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and maintain automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function properly. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high standards of quality. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or independent shop setting. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Experience with diesel engine repair is a bonus. Familiarity with powertrain systems and their components. Proficient in automotive electrical systems troubleshooting and repair. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or training in automotive technology are preferred but not mandatory.
