Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your automotive skills while providing excellent service. You will be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Perform tire rotations, replacements, balancing, and repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct oil changes using appropriate lubricants and ensure proper disposal of used fluids Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and safety Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs and filter replacements Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and service procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times Requirements Prior experience in automotive repair or dealership service environments is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including tires, brakes, suspension, and engine components Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics and using various hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle parts Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn and grow in automotive service techniques Experience with oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and general vehicle maintenance is a plus Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and every day brings new opportunities to excel!
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
