Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you'll utilize your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Whether working on gasoline engines, diesel engines, or advanced automotive electrical systems, your skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain elements. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble automotive parts with precision. Work on advanced systems like air brakes, and automotive electrical components to meet modern vehicle standards. Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics for repairs on GM vehicles and other makes/models. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed using DVI software while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive repair environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics reading, and troubleshooting complex issues. Experience working with transmissions, powertrain components, alignment procedures, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts. Knowledge of ADAS technology integration and calibration processes is highly desirable. Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices confidently.
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
