Profit sharing Company clothing annual allowance Gas and LP discounts Advancement opportunities Continuous Training and Development A relaxed, yet upbeat and fun work environment with great people What You'll Be Doing This role inspects, maintains, and fixes cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles in a manner that will optimize the cooperative's market share and savings, improve the cooperative's efficiency, help achieve the cooperative's mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. A key duty in this position is serving as an expert in tire work. At times, you will have mobile tire tech duties and travel to farms to service their tires. Additional responsibilities involve sales, service, inventory, maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the Service Station Manager. Skills That Will Help You in This Role Having a positive attitude Being detail-oriented with excellent customer relations skills Being reliable and on-time Performing at a quick pace while having fun Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Coming up with great ideas to solve problems Thinking quickly and offering suggestions Being a trusted co-worker who always thinks of safety and security What We Need from You A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance Valid driver's license 1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience Proven ability to do most auto-light truck repairs Must be able to provide your own tools Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, crouch and squat frequently High School Diploma or Equivalent Bonus Points if You Have Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired Why You'll Love Working for a Co-Op!
