Job Description
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic to join our growing team. As a Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair work at customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive technician who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform mobile automotive service and maintenance Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, inspections, filters, wiper blades, software updates, and other light repairs Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical concerns Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Operate and maintain a company-provided mobile service vehicle Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every service appointment Qualifications Automotive technician experience required ASE certifications preferred but not required Experience performing maintenance and light repair services Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions Preferred Experience Automotive Technician Service Technician Mobile Mechanic Automotive Mechanic General Service Technician Fleet Maintenance Technician Diesel Technician Electrical Diagnostics Manufacturer Certification Experience Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $100k+ per year Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Company-provided mobile service vehicle, tools, and equipment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays Paid Training and Career Development Employee Vehicle Purchase and Service Discounts EEO Statement Sheboygan Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
