Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel while working in a fast-pace, team environment to perform automotive services and identify and diagnose problems . This role requires proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all services. Duties Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installation, tire rotation/balance, tire repair, battery installation, headlight/mini bulb replacement, fuel injection cleaning, headlight restoration, engine/cabin air filter replacement, and TPMS system service. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction. Communicating directly with customers to identify appropriate services, explain the recommended services and cost, and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Valid driver's license Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
