Job Description

Master Automotive Diagnostic Technician (A-Level) Spooner, WI | $40-$60 Flat Rate | Mon - Fri (NO weekends or Holidays) We aren't looking for a parts changer; we're looking for a diagnostic architect. As our Lead A-Technician, you'll be the "brain" of our shop, tackling complex electrical, driveability, and ADAS issues that others turn away. You'll be equipped with OE-level scan tools (Snap-on, Autel) and lab scopes, ensuring you have exactly what you need to do the job right the first time.

What You'll Do:
Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs on complex engine, transmission, and electrical systems. Lead the shop in identifying "ghost" issues using advanced diagnostic equipment. Mentor Junior and B-Level technicians to help grow the team's overall skill set. Ensure every repair meets factory and safety standards before the vehicle hits the road.
What You Bring:
Experience:
5+ Years of high-level automotive repair experience; Master-level diagnostic skills are a must
Certification:
Active Ase Certification (A1-A8) preferred.
Tools :
