Role:
Join Northside Auto as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure that every vehicle receives top-notch service while providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services and repair options. Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction. Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs. Stay updated on automotive technology and service procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs. Previous experience in a service advisor role is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management.
