Service Advisor Allen Automotive Service | Waukesha, WI Allen Automotive Service is looking for a professional, customer focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. We're a modern, family owned repair shop that believes in honesty, teamwork, and taking care of both our customers and our employees. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Build estimates and explain repairs clearly. Schedule appointments and manage workflow. Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. Keep customers informed from drop-off to pickup. Help maintain a clean and organized front office and bathroom. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized and dependable. Positive attitude with a team first mindset. Automotive experience is preferred.
