Waukesha, WI Position Overview Griffin Ford is seeking a Senior Ford Technician (A-Level) to join our high-performing service team. This role is for an experienced, highly productive technician capable of handling advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and supporting shop efficiency. Strong focus on Ford systems, diesel, and electrical diagnostics. What We Offer Top flat-rate pay (based on experience) 80-hour guarantee (first 90 days) Production bonus opportunities (hit 80+ hours = bonus) High-volume shop with consistent workflow 35-bay main shop + 10-bay heavy truck facility Dedicated dispatching to keep you productive Ford factory training & certification support Mobile service and fleet work opportunities PTO, health benefits, 401(k) Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair advanced drivability, electrical, and engine concerns Perform major repairs (engine, transmission, diesel systems) Utilize Ford Diagnostic and Repair System and Ford diagnostic tools Complete work efficiently to meet or exceed production targets Accurately document diagnostics and repairs on ROs Assist and mentor lower-level technicians when needed Maintain high-quality workmanship and comebacks at a minimum Preferred Experience Ford Certified Technician (or Master Certified) Strong diesel experience (Power Stroke preferred) Electrical and network diagnostics Experience with medium-duty trucks (up to F-550) ASE certifications a plus Qualifications 5+ years of automotive technician experience Proven production and efficiency history Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement) Valid driver's license Own tools required

Performance Expectations Target:
