What You'll Do Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs according to repair orders, manufacturer procedures, and dealership standards. Perform all work safely and road-test vehicles to confirm repairs are complete and accurate. Document diagnostic findings, test results, completed repairs, and technician time on every repair order. Maintain the hand tools required for the role and return dealership-owned special tools after use. Use shop supplies and materials responsibly while keeping the service bay clean and organized. Protect customer vehicles throughout the repair process and return them in the condition they were received. Complete required technical training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications. Communicate repair or safety concerns promptly and follow assigned schedules, uniform standards, and dealership procedures. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of automotive repair experience across engine, brake, steering, suspension, and preventive maintenance systems. Manufacturer-trained with the ability to diagnose and complete assigned repairs Current manufacturer certifications in applicable repair categories. Minimum of one ASE certification required; ASE Master Technician certification Maintain more than 100% customer-pay productivity without sacrificing repair quality. Clear documentation of diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, completed work, and test results. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
