Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our client's growing service team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a busy, well-equipped shop with consistent workflow and strong earning potential. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle repairs. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify faults accurately. Complete repairs efficiently and to manufacturer and safety standards. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs. Document work performed and communicate findings clearly. Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to maintain an efficient workflow. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Stay current with new automotive technology and repair procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Service Technician, or Automotive Mechanic. Having your own tools and tool box is essential. Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with modern vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment. OEM specific / ASE Certification preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, professional, and motivated. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
