Job Description

Experienced Assistant Service Advisor

•$5,000 Signing Bonus

Job Summary:

Ken Ganley Kia Clarksburg is growing and hiring now for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining efficient workflow in the service department, and helping drive sales of parts and services.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain available services Inspect vehicles and identify necessary maintenance or repairs Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a clear, concise, and transparent way Prepare accurate estimates and schedule service appointments using dealership systems Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service completion Process payments and handle cash transactions when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area Assist with basic service knowledge including brake repairs, tire services, and general maintenance Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in through service completion

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment (Service Advisor preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, including brakes and tires Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales-minded with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers Comfortable using computer systems for estimates, scheduling, and documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary Cash handling experience is a plus

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
