Flat Rate Automotive Technician Shults Ford Auto Group Shults Ford Auto Group is actively hiring experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technicians to join one of the busiest Ford service operations in Pennsylvania. As the #1 Ford Dealer in the State of Pennsylvania, we provide the work, support, and resources professional technicians need to maximize flagged hours and grow their careers. Our shop offers consistent workflow, modern equipment, ongoing factory training, and a team-oriented environment focused on technician success. If you are a motivated technician looking for strong earning potential in a high-volume shop, we want to hear from you.
