Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service or parts needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide accurate auto service estimates, explain repair procedures, and recommend additional services to maximize customer satisfaction. Manage parts inventory efficiently by ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and assisting in parts sales to both walk-in customers and service technicians Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records of sales and service write-ups Upsell appropriate products and services confidently to enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the service process to ensure transparency and build trust Skills 1 Year experience in auto estimating and service writing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships Strong sales background with experience in automobile sales preferred Cash handling proficiency ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions Knowledge of auto service management software is a plus Embark on a fulfilling career where your automotive expertise fuels exceptional customer experiences!
