Job Description
Service Advisor Overview:
Join our team as a Service Advisor where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in the automotive and powersports industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle/machine maintenance and repair services.Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner to assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive diagnostics, tire service, brake repair, and other maintenance services.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers based on their vehicle's/machine's needs.
- Assist in sales by recommending additional services or products that align with customers' requirements.
- Manage automotive and powersports service appointments efficiently to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
