Aerospace Technicians -
Avionics & Structures Location:
Mesa, AZ Job Type:

Month Onsite Contract Pay Rate:
Up to $40/hr W2
Schedule:
Full-time onsite We are hiring Aerospace Technicians for multiple onsite contract openings in Mesa, AZ. We currently have openings for both Avionics Technicians and Structures Technicians supporting aerospace manufacturing, assembly, installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and rework activities. These roles are ideal for candidates with hands-on aerospace, aircraft, defense, MRO, or aviation manufacturing experience.

Avionics Technician Responsibilities:
Perform avionics installation, troubleshooting, testing, repair, and rework. Work with aircraft wiring, harnesses, connectors, terminations, routing, and electrical assemblies. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Support installation and checkout of avionics systems and electrical components. Perform continuity checks, functional testing, and basic troubleshooting. Document work performed and identify nonconforming issues as needed. Follow aerospace quality, safety, and FOD procedures.
Qualifications:
Hands-on avionics, electrical, aircraft wiring, or aerospace electronics experience. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical work instructions. Experience with wire harnesses, connectors, crimping, soldering, termination, or electrical troubleshooting preferred. IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD, aircraft electrical, or military avionics experience is a plus. Aerospace, aircraft, MRO, military, or defense manufacturing experience preferred.
Structures Technician Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft/aerospace structural assembly, modification, installation, and rework. Work with sheet metal, composite, or structural components. Drill, countersink, deburr, fit, fasten, install, and inspect structural assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring tools, and shop equipment. Support production, repair, and build activities in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Follow aerospace quality, safety, and FOD procedures.
Qualifications:
Hands-on aerospace structures, aircraft assembly, sheet metal, composite, or mechanical assembly experience. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience with drilling, riveting, countersinking, deburring, fastener installation, sealant, bonding, or structural rework preferred. Aircraft, MRO, military, defense, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Must be comfortable working onsite in Mesa, AZ.
General Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite in Mesa, AZ. Must have hands-on technical experience in avionics, structures, aerospace assembly, aircraft maintenance, MRO, military aviation, or related manufacturing. Must be able to follow written work instructions and quality procedures. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills required. Must be able to work a 6-month contract assignment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
