Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an AOG Technician to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The AOG Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
Perform AOG maintenance and repairs on aircraft. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Document all maintenance activities accurately. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Respond to AOG calls and travel to various locations as needed. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
