About the Role As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the airworthiness and safety of our fleet by performing complex inspections and repairs. You will leverage your expertise in engine repair and aircraft structures to uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance in every task you undertake. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on airframes and powerplants to meet rigorous FAA and manufacturer quality standards. Interpret complex technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Maintain a high-performance environment by adhering to strict EH&S protocols and safety regulations during all hangar and field operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance workflows and improve operational readiness. Document all maintenance actions accurately to ensure full traceability and compliance with aviation safety requirements. Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to perform structural and electrical system troubleshooting. Required Skills Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial aircraft maintenance. Proficiency in reading and applying technical maintenance manuals. Must possess a comprehensive personal set of aviation hand tools. Proven ability to maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Advanced experience with avionics systems and complex engine diagnostics. Demonstrated leadership capabilities for mentoring junior technicians. Background in aerospace manufacturing or heavy maintenance environments. Ability to work autonomously on multi-engine aircraft platforms.
