The ideal candidate is a motivated, hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality and safety. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects while working alongside a skilled maintenance team. Minimum Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems. Must be able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and prints. Must be open to learning and willing to expand technical knowledge. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Required Experience Candidates must have experience on at least one of the following aircraft platforms: Dassault Falcon aircraft Gulfstream aircraft Preferred Skills Previous leadership or lead mechanic experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
