May 21, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Melbourne, FL 32901, USA Job Details Description Join Dassault Falcon Jet recently opened the state-of-the-art flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet serves customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead maintenance events with a project-oriented approach, including work scoping, timeline development, task sequencing, and coordination with internal teams to meet delivery commitments. Accomplishes all work following company and industry safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring all assigned AMTs also comply. Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data. Directly supervises assigned team. Provides technical leadership and training for their assigned team Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM. Responsible for bidding, planning and scheduling projects. Works with supporting departments to ensure successful completion of jobs. Works aircraft squawks and repairs as needed. Able to anticipate problems that potentially can occur during aircraft maintenance and plan accordingly. Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times. Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested. Able to travel and perform AOG maintenance. Regularly communicates directly with customers and vendors Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards. Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs. A&P License Required 5+ years Falcon experience required. Intermediate supervisory training or equivalent experience required. Candidates needs to have project - management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other data. Successful completion of all AMT-Lead assigned tasks or equivalent experience. This position requires successful completion of the Melbourne Airport background check process. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position typically falls between $55 and $60 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
