Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Avionics Installer with 5+ years of corporate aircraft experience to fabricate, install, troubleshoot, and refurbish aircraft avionics systems and associated wiring per work order or customer request. This role requires hands-on Starlink installation experience on business jets. You will perform and document all work per appropriate manuals and regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Fabricate, install, and modify aircraft avionics systems, wiring harnesses, antennas, and structural provisions per work order or customer request 2. Perform Starlink system installations including antenna, modem, WAPs, and cabin distribution components on corporate aircraft 3. Perform and document all work performed per OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, STC data, and FAA regulations 4. Troubleshoot and repair avionics discrepancies, including wire routing, termination, and system integration issues 5. Adhere to Client General Work Requirements for Factory, Shop, and/or Hangar positions 6. Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies/procedures 7. Participate in 5-S activities and maintain a clean, FOD-free work area 8. Assist with additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance within the facility during slow periods as needed 9. Clean aircraft and work areas as required 10. Assist with other maintenance disciplines as needed to support aircraft delivery Requirements
    Experience:
    5+ years of corporate aircraft experience required
      Required Skills:
      • Starlink installation experience on business jets required
      • Proficient in avionics system installation: wire routing, bundling, termination, coax, and connector pinning
      • Ability to fabricate brackets, doublers, and antenna provisions per engineering
      • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
      • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, system schematics, and engineering drawings
      • Experience with avionics troubleshooting and use of test equipment
      • Ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
      • Basic PC skills for documentation and work orders
      Compliance:
      • Perform and document work per FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company procedures
      • Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies/procedures Tool Requirements
      Tool Inventory:
      Provide a typed tool inventory sheet with a minimum tool list.
        Tool Identification:
        Tools must be shadowed and etched with 2 letters and 4 numbers (e.g., AB1234). Uniform Policy

          • Solid Dark Grey T-Shirt or Sweatshirt
          • Solid black professional-looking closed-toe shoes
