The Avionics Technician is responsible for performing in-hangar troubleshooting, repair, installation, and testing of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. This role supports a wide range of general aviation and turbine aircraft , ensuring all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and repair station standards . This position works closely with internal teams and requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured maintenance environment .KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of avionics systems and components. Conduct system diagnostics and fault isolation on electrical and avionics systems. Install and modify wiring, harnesses, and avionics equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and OEM manuals. Perform testing and operational checks to ensure system functionality. Complete accurate documentation of all maintenance performed for compliance and billing. Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and repair station procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas within the hangar. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times.SYSTEM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

TCAS, TAWS, EGPWS, Radar, Radio Altimeter Connectivity & Cabin Systems:
Satcom, Cabin Management Systems, In-Flight Entertainment (IFE)Audio Systems:
Audio Panels and Integrated Audio SystemsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
5+ years of aviation and/or aviation electronics experience. 1+ years of business jet experience is required; GA aircraft experience is a plus. Basic electronics education or training. Ability to obtain an FAA Repairman Certificate. Experience performing safety-sensitive tasks in compliance with FAA regulations. Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals. Experience with test equipment, soldering, and avionics tools. Familiarity with Pitot/Static, Transponder, and RVSM testing (FAR 91.411 / 91.413). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately document maintenance activities. Ability to complete a pre-employment 7-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test. Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required. Valid US Driver's License. Proof of US Citizenship or residency required. MUST have basic tools/box.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport badging. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to perform work in a hangar environment , including standing, bending, and working in confined spaces.Pay:
