Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Uses basic hand tools for assembly, maintenance, and fabrication tasks. Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematic diagrams. Performs test executions and operates various lab test fixtures and equipment. Assembles and maintains complex test lab fixtures and equipment. Applies basic sheet metal skills including cutting, bending, forming, and drilling. Applies basic electrical skills including reading and interpreting schematic diagrams. Performs basic machining tasks using applicable equipment. Performs basic aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks. Uses precision measuring instruments for dimensional verification. Follows standard operating procedures for lab equipment operation and applies 6S and Lean initiatives.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Experience with basic hand tools is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation is required. Basic math skills are required.

Basic sheet metal experience including cutting, bending, forming, and drilling (approximately 1 year).

Basic electrical experience including ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams (approximately 1 year).

Basic understanding of aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair (approximately 1 year).

Basic experience with machining (approximately 1 year). Ability to assemble and maintain test lab fixtures and equipment, and comply with safety and quality standards.
