Job Description
Responsibilities Read and interpret aerospace drawings, aviation manuals, test procedures, and applicable standards in accordance with OEM specifications, aviation authorities, and repair station requirements Perform soldering, crimping, splicing, and shield termination to a high standard of quality Operate avionics test equipment with minimal supervision Complete laser marking of wires and assist with the assembly and repair of wire harnesses Test and troubleshoot electrical components, including switches, relays, diodes, and electromechanical devices Requirements 1-3 years of relevant aviation or technical experience preferred Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is preferred, but not required Prior inspection and/or military experience is considered an asset Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
