Job Description

Job description: We're looking for detail-oriented Avionics Technicians who are passionate about electronics, diagnostics, and hands-on repairs. If you enjoy working with complex systems and want to be part of a high-performing team in the aerospace industry, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and aerospace components. Use diagnostic tools (like multimeters) to identify and resolve electronic issues Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform hands-on repairs—including soldering and component rebuilds Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to continuous improvement Lift and maneuver equipment as needed (some physical work involved) What We're Looking For Experience as an Avionics Technician or in a related electronics repair field Comfort with soldering and using electrical testing tools Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, symbols, and production illustrations Must have knowledge and experience using multi meter Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Team-oriented with good communication skills Able to handle physically demanding tasks and occasional heavy lifting Preferred but Not Required Previous experience in aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing FAA certifications or training in avionics repair Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing aerospace company On-the-job training and cross-functional learning Supportive work environment and collaborative culture 7AM-3:30PM; M-F with OT Opportunities
