Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Avionics Technician, where you will play a vital role in keeping our client's aircraft safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this role, you will work with advanced aviation technology to find, fix, and prevent electrical and mechanical issues. We are looking for a skilled problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work—from precision repairs to assembling parts—while following high-quality safety standards. Troubleshoot & Repair:
Find and fix issues in aircraft electrical and electronics systems using technical manuals, diagrams, and standard testing tools.
Hands-on Maintenance:
Take care of day-to-day maintenance and repairs on aviation equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Build & Assemble:
Install and assemble electronics and structural parts based on engineering designs and blueprints.
Fabricate Parts:
Help create or modify aircraft parts using sheet metal, composite materials, or basic welding when needed.
Ensure High Quality:
Check your work for exact measurements and follow aviation safety and quality regulations.
Keep Records:
Maintain clear, organized logs of all maintenance and repair work completed.
Safety First:
Work safely around aircraft equipment, including safely lifting heavy components when necessary. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Aircraft Electronics Background:
Solid experience working with aircraft electrical systems, wiring, and electronics.
Strong Mechanical Skills:
Comfort with practical, hands-on tasks like fabrication, sheet metal work, and using standard shop tools.
Problem-Solving Mindset:
The ability to look at a complex electrical or mechanical issue, figure out the root cause, and fix it efficiently.
Blueprint Reading:
Ability to read and interpret design blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. Attention to
Detail:
Experience using precision measurement tools to ensure all parts fit perfectly and meet safety standards.
