Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an AOG Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The AOG Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support for aircraft maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform AOG maintenance and repairs on various aircraft types. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues. Document all work performed in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills.
