Your Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft structures. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues. Document all work performed in accordance with company policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to achieve operational goals. Participate in training and development programs. What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
