You will be the Subsystems Install Manager for the Subsystems Design and Equipment Installation team which is responsible for delivering integrated fighter subsystem solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Subsystems Install Manager you will be responsible for leading technical development and installation efforts for advanced fighter aircraft.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, layout, plan, and release Engineering BTP data for the F‑16 and F‑22. Provide production and sustainment support, responding to Problem Reports, ESPaRs, QARs, and ARs. Lead team members through performance reviews, career development, and timekeeping activities. Execute EVMS and CAM duties, including project scheduling, resource loading, and technical issue resolution. Basic Qualifications:
- Team Lead Experience.
- Experience in subsystem design and installation (Airframe Layout, Detail Part and Assembly, Harness Design).
- Experience with 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA, NX, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, 3DX, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.
- Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:
- Experience in project schedule development and have ability to generate statements of work and basis-of-estimates.
- Experience leading a team of engineers, and ability to execute performance assessments and career development of team members.
- Familiarity with Engineering Bill-of-Materials, Change Management, and all forms of Lockheed Aeronautics Engineering forms and processes.
- Experience working IFG or similar programs.
Knowledge of aircraft design, assembly, and product support.
