Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an AOG Technician to join our team in Salt Lake City (SLC). The AOG Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support for aircraft maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform AOG maintenance and repairs on aircraft as required. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of aircraft systems. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Document all maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and departments as necessary. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Participate in training and development programs. Respond to AOG calls and provide timely support to minimize aircraft downtime. Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or college degree preferred. Valid A&P license preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
