Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician with experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) modifications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics installations and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of avionics systems on various aircraft platforms. Civilian avionics experience is a plus. Conduct inspections and testing of avionics equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate ISR systems into aircraft. Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and comprehensively. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Avionics Technician, with at least 2 years focused on ISR systems. Strong knowledge of avionics systems, including navigation, communication, and surveillance equipment. Experience with FAA regulations and standards related to avionics maintenance and modifications is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel for extended periods both domestically and internationally. US Citizenship required.
