Monday-Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate Starting at : $56.92 per hour What You'll Do As an Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer, you will: Design and analyze aircraft cabin electronic and electrical systems Support systems including: Interior lighting Passenger address systems Seatback video and in-flight entertainment Passenger connectivity and satellite communication systems Develop and integrate electrical systems hardware and software solutions Participate in system architecture, design reviews, validation, and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout airplane development programs Support system integration and certification activities in compliance with FAA requirements Utilize model-based development tools to support system design and analysis Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in: Engineering Engineering Technology Computer Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry Data Science 3+ years of related engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working in an electrical or electronic systems design engineering environment Strong understanding of electronic and electrical systems design and analysis principles This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electrical systems hardware and software design Knowledge of FAA certification processes and compliance requirements Experience supporting system design and integration during airplane development programs Familiarity with Model Based Development tools Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related technical field is a plus ABET-accredited degree preferred, though not required Why Join PDS Tech Commercial? Pay Details:
