Field Test Rider - eMTB - Contractor Summary We are seeking committed and experienced riders who will test our cutting-edge mountain bikes at our Morgan Hill location. Two riders will work as a team to execute a 3-month field testing sprint. Exceptional candidates will bring their years of riding experience and bike knowledge to provide regular feedback. Riders will recognize and report issues in an effective and timely manner to assist in product development. Responsibilities Ride electric mountain bike for 20-30hrs/week Execute specific ride missions to identify and test bike behaviors Report issues and concerns that arise during testing to field test manager Minor maintenance of field test bikes including washing, charging, and simple drivetrain maintenance Requirements Good fitness and experience riding long hours for multiple days at a time Advanced/Expert level mountain biker, e-bike experience preferred Previous experience as bike mechanic is preferred Passion for cycling, e-bikes, or outdoor active lifestyle Availability to report to Morgan Hill location for 3 riding days per week. 2 riding days offsite if desired PAY Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations: Contract Role estimated from May 25th through September 30th
