Job Description
Ski/Snowboard Rental Technician - 2026/2027 Winter Season We're hiring a Seasonal Ski/Snowboard Rental Technician for the 2026/2027 winter season , running August 1, 2026, through April 15, 2027 .
Position Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends and Spring Break .
- Regular days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays .
- Must be a skier or snowboarder with a passion for mountain sports.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Reliable attendance is essential—you must report for every scheduled shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fit customers with the appropriate ski and snowboard rental equipment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience.
- Operate the rental and retail point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of all retail products, including skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, helmets, goggles, sunglasses, gloves, mittens, and other mountain essentials.
- Assist with maintaining the rental fleet, merchandising the retail floor, and keeping the shop clean, organized, and ready for guests.
